  There are too many committees in Ghana. Everything that needs doing is handed to an unecessarily large committee made up of political cronies who earn excessive allowances to do absolutely nothing. What does the government and all our public servants do? We have an over bloated civil service made up of real and ghost names that take up some 70% of our national revenue but do absolutely nothing!!! A committee is simply a group of people who individually can do nothing, but who are collectively vested with the powers to meet and decide formally that nothing can be done. If Moses were a committee, the Israelites would still be in Egypt!!! So fellow compatriots, let's abolish all these committees, put on our individual THINKING caps for a change and do some bloody work
  for our own country. Haba!!! IMF is not going to help us, foreign loans are not going to help us. We have to pay those back to the lenders and creditors with INTEREST. Their interest, not ours. The donors are definitely not charities, so let's not gloat and rejoice in our multimedia news when some foreign organisation offers to assist us financially. WE or our CHILDREN will have to pay up one day. Can anybody who reads this please correct my ignorance if he or she can point to just ONE country in the history of mankind that has developed solely or significantly on foreign loans and handouts.
