There should be a provision within the National Health Services to treat such congenital anomalies free of charge.
But I think its already subsidised because it should cost far more. These conditions are more common than people think. Although not the same, but I see anorectal malformations regularly in our hospital here
It shouldn't cost that much. Only anaesthesia is needed because most likely it is only vulval adhesions shock can be separated by hand. If it is really blocked vaginal she needs to grow up before surgery is before she starts ...
