If people would tackle corruption, greed, clientele economics and lack of professionalism, lack of health care, lack of education in the same vigorous and enthusiastic way, the country would be out of the ditch in a decade and looking at a bright future.

But of course it easier to hate and attack soft targets.

brainless Africans at it again!!!! commentators on this section condemning science, scientists and "the west" must come again! are you idiots not the ones who covet cars, mobile phones, tablets, perfumes etc created by these same scientists, westerners etc? when you are sick is it your ignorant pastor or non existent healing miracles that cure you or drugs engineered by science? the foods that save us from starvation and malnutrition are they not developed by scientists? ghana cannot even extract and industrialize its own natural resources and relies on westerners to do it because we have no knowledge. We are clueless people who accept that we are descended from adam and eve, noah and his family because "the bible says so" while scientific research into genes and archeological studies have revealed that modern man first appeared in africa and that Africa is the cradle of humanity not the garden of eden or noah or adam!!! if science is doubtful because you believe the bible is superior go back to the primitive lifestyle of the bible and shun modern medicine, modern technology and anything scientific, i am not saying that one should not be critical, but if the bible is the basis by which to judge science then you have to completely abandon the scientific benefits that have improved your lives and stick to biblical principles after all the bible plays down the knowledge of men as not equal to the knowledge of god, so follow gods knowledge based on the bible and leave science alone. for you clueless idiots to scared to do your own thinking google "study on homosexual behavior in animals" and read the scientific reports that follow. ignorance is bliss, but belief in the bible is death!
