  This is typical of a backward country with no checks and balances. You have a journalist reporting news he or she has done no research on to determine the truth and an editor sitting in the office not proofing the news about to be published but being paid.One of the main reason why Ghana's journalism is so poor is the lack of law suits. If these fools are sued for false information to the public and defamation, all this will not happen. In my opinion, the Journalist, editor, Ghanaweb and GNA should all be sued.
