  People's names are sacred and unique to them. in this short report you have mis-named the Deputy Police Commander twice. Ironically, none of the two refers to the Commander. You seem to imply that ACP Opoku Adusei Sarpong is the same as ACP Adusei Poku. The Commander's name is ACP Patrick Adusei Sarpong.
