The money has to be found for such a crucial matter, so some other expenditure has to be cut, such delaying a building project. This outbreak cannot be ignored - PERIOD. Gh is being run by idiots.

The country can save enough money by regulating how much fuel government vehicles use a week. Savings from that alone will be enough to fight a deadly epidemic that can wipe out the domestic poultry industry.
