The daughter may be 18 years old which makes her an adult but the arrears of support payments are legally due the young woman.It is his responsibility to pay.The US justice system will never write the debt off.They have no sympathy for dead-beat dads.By boastfully advertising the "ROYAL MAGESTY's" business holdings, the US judges handling the case will know that the "king" can afford to pay but he is just avoiding payment. It is not a smart move.

She has always been at the top of her class and is now a registered Nurse in Alabama with her son Carson. She never ran the streets and the boyfriend has never been a dead beat. He has told many lies. India was born out of wedlock while this man was still married. He said he wanted to have a baby girl and then he just dumped her like a piece of garbage. The US has withdrawn his Visa until this debt is paid. It is a shame that Nana does not want to have a part in his daughter and Grand son's lives. Shame on you Nana Aggrey.

If anyone can prove that Nana owed her daughter India any child support money before she turned 18, I would revise my opinion. I know Nana personally. One of his daughters returned from the USA to attend medical school at Korle Bu medical school in Ghana. She is now a full fledged medical doctor, and married to another medical doctor. Nana is a great dad and all this public shaming on the Internet from a so-called daughter is absolute nonsense and most unfortunate. A child (backed by her foolish mom) who chooses to shame her dad and still expect financial support from her dad has already cursed herself. No good would ever become of her life, sad to say! Rather than wisely contacting Nana for his largesse, support and empathy, and maybe also apologize for her cowardly and rude behavior in this matter, where would Internet shaming of her own father lead to? She is a good person and is an Registered Nurse despite his not helping her. Her Mother was sick with cancer and was unable to work. This child lived in low income housing and they had to apply for food stamps to eat. but, she was at the top of her class. A straight A student always. How dare you say the things that you did. The language is stilted, unimaginative, and the thought behind it, at best misguided! If you don't want to encourage bad press, you probably should not respond to it, especially in such a horrible way. I would not have heard of this tempest in a teapot had this defense not been written up. Let's take it apart:
First, who in their right mind would refer to his kin, child and wife as "two gluttonous characters"? Second, the child is a product of her father, so any display of ill-breeding, poor judgment and character is more a reflection on his won parenting and parental abilities than on the child. As they say, an apple does not fall too far from the tree! So whatever bad character she displays should be placed squarely at the foot of this two-bit chief who believes that taking care of his own child is "generosity" shown to her.
Third, if you object to taking care of a child who has attained the age of majority, and you fail to properly convey to them their own responsibility, the failing is yours, not theirs. Her sense of entitlement even as an adult, is a reflection of the parenting that she had. I suspect this two bit fool was an absent father, who either delegated or abdicated from his parenting responsibilities, so a child who lacks that fatherly touch, is likely to behave in the manner which he objects to. The fault is yours, Nana.
To trumpet that you are "more than a responsible father" means nothing because you are supposed to be. You get no accolades or medals for being one. In fact, you are a chief, and are supposed to be responsible not only to your immediate family, but those who are your supposed subjects.
Finally, the idiocy of listing his "accomplishments" in business suggests a man with an ego larger than his brain. If he is an electrical engineer, he ought to know better to read and digest this defense and see it for what it is: a hollow exercise in egotistic braggadocio that falls flat. And the last statement, "Nana is therefore throwing a word of caution to India Aggrey and his compatriots who are furtively scheming plots to milk money from him to beware and refrain from such acts of deceit, disloyalty, discontentment, disunity and defamation" is laughable to high heaven!! What army is he going to use to enforce this hollow threat? deceit of whom, disloyalty to a worthless father?, discontentment, what does that mean, disunity? Unifying who and what, and defamation? Truth is a defense to defamation. Sadly, we have in Ghana idiots like this chief and his obsequious hangers-ons and toadies who go about trumpeting and boosting the ego of foolish megalomaniacs like our so called "leaders." No wonder the country is sitting on a precipice of disaster>
