How far away was the driver urinating that he seemed oblivious to what was going on around his car? Could it be he stopped there on purpose for this crime to be committed? Just thinking aloud.

Where on earth was she going to at 3.20 am? She lives in Darkuman but was in Teshie around Maritime University at dawn. Sometimes the security situation and concerns for our personal safety should dictate our movements. That notwithstanding the offender deserves to be punished.
