    Weapon can be registered with license to own. If you want to carry the weapon around, the owner must secure a license to carry it too.

    The Ghana Police is really funny,they have arrested the weapons,but not the people who were carrying the weapons.Which type of nonsense is this?So from whom did they seized the weapons and why didn't they arrest them at once?

    the police in Talensi were there to ensure that NDC won the bye-election and also to beneignly supervise the mayhem of the government sponsored violence on the opposition NPP, which has always been a trademark of the NDC.
