  The Only development plan Ghana needs is a plan to move Ghana from a primary good producing country to a finished one to take advantage of Globalization.
  
  On this day, Ghana still export all it's raw materials and commodities where these two could be transformed into the finished goods and services before export to create more jobs. Nothing more nothing less should be included in this plan.

  Some of us are tired when the same people who perpetuated exclusiveness are now trying to make a U-turn. If that should be the norm, why now and not before? I will not stop saying that our educated elite are those destroying our dear nation.

  but I am afraid 40 years developement plan seems a JOKE. It is too long!! No country in the world ever has a 40 years developement Plan. One Nation and One People MUST have ONE DESTINY:AIM. Well done JKF.
