I remember visiting a friend there some time ago and students have their lab experiments under a mango tree. shame on them all, including the chief.

I couldn't agree more. What good have all the Phd's, MA's etc done for the country? Useless leadership at all levels & areas of activity - that's the problem. No wonder we have a cholera epidemic

Shame on Ministry of Education Inspectorate Division. Lack of clean toilet facilities is a nationwide problem causing cholera epidemics. Build KVIPs for the schools and maintain the WCs by constructing sewage treatment plants ...

Carpenter,Maison nd two help hands) are on Site to raised one or two Wooden Classroom Structures; lo and behold,a School is established / born. Meanwhile only about a quarter of the Artisans Charges was paid; the balance in arrears,"payable whenable"
So, what do you expect ! A School established without adequate preparation and a well thought through planning; we all have to start from somewhere,though.
