Ok, granted he's really repented but he's still has to serve his prison terms.

The release of this guy will only encourage other armed robbers to intensive their robbery. After all, they could rob, kill innocent people and only if they are caught, sent to jail for a while and have their freedom.

Please, Mr. PRESIDENT, do not grant this guy any pardon. Yes, God might have forgiven him all his sins but he's to pay for the atrocities he committed against innocent people.

Those who are against the release of Ataa Ayi do not really understand what prisons are meant to do for criminals.Prisons are there not only to punish but also to reform.Despite his past notoriety if the prison authorities who have been monitoring his behavior believe that he has reformed and therefore poses no danger to the public he can be recommended to be paroled and released.He can be released and monitored and recalled to prison if he breaks any of the conditions for his release.The important thing is what happens to him after his release.Is he going to be homeless and unemployed,a situation that can drive him back to his old ways?

This man is serving 160 years in prison and should definitely not be released after 10 years.His numerous victims are serving life sentences six feet under the ground.Why should he be given preferential treatment?He is asking for clemency but did not show the same to his victims.If prisons in Ghana are choked,build some bigger ones.Ghana should not follow the discredited UK approach and start giving hardened criminals soft prison sentences.A leopard never changes its spot.

Why do Officials think Ghana should take a foreign loan to Satisfy a Campaign promised Sanitary Pad to appease some Village School Girls(remember!),rather than a foreign loan to expand existing prisons.Over the years,what did past and present gov't planned to improve Conditions in the Prisons(nothing).
In the case of "Ataa Aryee", an extremely dangerous person to Society,jailed for 160 years.If he personally knelt to beg the leadership
coupled with good behavior behind bars,do you pardon to reduce his Sentence or you Set him free for serving only 10 yrs out of 160 yrs?.It doesn't make Sense to me to free such a person.Having said that,I do not think Woyongo know what he's about. Woyongo himself has exhibited to be dangerous to Society in his utterances and Should be relieved of his position as the Minister of Interior.
