  IT IS MY PRAYER THAT OUR TERTIARY INSTITUTION WILL START DESCEND TO OUR RURAL COMMUNITIES TO ENGAGE DEEP RESEARCH ACTIVITIES SO THAT IT WILL BE PART OF EVERY FIRST YEAR STUDENTS TO CONDUCT A RESEARCH WORK AT OUR RURAL COMMUNITIES PROBLEMS AND FEED THEM TO THE NATIONAL RESEARCH BOARD.
