Pepeni fake president is a natural born liar who in order to sound on top of his case has only let the cat out of the bag of his incompetence and lack of knowledge. The cause of these economic woes is Mahama's tribalism, nepotism, incompetence , selfishness, corruption and insane desire to rule at all costs . Just as the the Mayans of south America killed their leaders and ate their brains so pepeni killed the ideologist of the ndc Atta Mills to sit on his throne, didnt matter that he had no clue of how to build or develop a nation .He started by appointing mainly northerners who are as corrupt and incompetent as himself, where he appointed some one from another tribe he made sure he shadowed them with a pepeni chief director or deputy minister. In-fact half of these northerners by another strange twist are also actually related to him eg deputy minister of transport or chief director of our failing miserably Finance ministry. A president who can not trust or accept the citizens of the land and appoint people based on merit and competence is no president of mine and will surely fail .He then appointed his pepeni and intellectually inferior ministers so no one could challenge him or call him to order, what he desires the most is an authoritarian dictatorship so that's he secured obedience and loyalty at the expense of the constitution and the interests of the people. How many private sector investors have been rejected because they will or cant pay the bribes ? Without private capital govt borrowing only creates debt . He was not able to mobilize our last resource the diaspora to come and invest as when NDC came they made sure most of the business community incurred huge losses through abrogation of contracts , corruption and inflation of the cedi. First we had Kuffour who spent his 8 years of sophisticated corruption that made us loose control of our natural resources such as our gold and oil , then we had anther sorrow of an Ashanti minister of finance Duffuor whose was put there just to satisfy the balance of tribal politics but wrecked the economy by increasing govt borrowing and now advocated for hedging/gambling our oil , i wonder why they didn't first sell the golden stool or at least hedge it for the betterment of all of Ghana, no worries , when the war comes the stool will go for sure . Nkrumah allowed the primitive northerners and ewes to join Ghana in the hope that he could secure himself president for life with a dictatorship , had the USA allowed Mexico and all the other south American states to become part of their country they would never have developed as all that would have been their focus would be to rule even though they are not socially or intellectually ready to develop.Now its clear to all war is around the corner and elections may only turn out to be the spark that will bring about a fierce ethnic conflict leading to the breakup of the country as should have been over 100 years ago.

I do not think agree that the sitting President is the cause of our woes.

Our problems began soon after HIPC exit certain loans were signed without giving any serious thought to them. Some of the loans attract huge interest so we borrow to service these loans; that is pay the interest to maintain our credibility. Some of the loans are also due for full payment. The only way out is to introduce austerity measures to repay some of these toxic loans and free ourselves of this financial bondage. Our inability to repay some of these loans could have an economic impact on Ghana.

The only solution is to reduce import but increase export to generate enough foreign cash to pay some of these. Reduce government subsidies and government expenditure by designing a smaller but efficient government and improving our tax collection system to generate enough money to service local loans and meet government payroll.

Stop the single spine approach and spin off cities to be self supporting.
All previous regimes after HIPC are to blame.

They are more mature and they know that the country belongs to all and every individual with the necessary requisites is capable of representing his/her people in Parliament. NDC is unlike NPP that tries to enact party laws to prevent other party members from contesting their so-called incumbent MPs like Kyei Mensah Bonsu and the other crooks. Ghanaians can now judge for themselves which of the two main political parties- NPP or NDC is more mature politically and more democratic.. I rest my case!

Solomon Nkansah, Sam George, Kwaku Boahen, Ofosu Kwakye, Allotey Jacobs, Anim Piesie, Fred Agbenyo, Kobby Fiagbe, Namoale Amasah none of these people make sense to me, they are disgrace to their party and make the party unattractive. I strongly believe, he ran to seek the MP status as a cover from the heat that was mountain on him at the peak of the Woyome case.

But we must not let that clout deny the Nation the due justice. I think he needs be tried along with others the Judgment Commission suggested were, in the very least, duplicitous in the Judgment Debt cases considered at the hearing.

By the way, where is our stolen money stashed away by Woyome? The declared that money had to be recovered to the State. What has taken the authorities this long to collect it plus the applicable interests? Someone ought to go to jail, too, for causing the Nation all this pain and financial loss. Even our Court charges must be billed against the culprits.
