    There is plastic everywhere in the world, so Mr President just build recycling plants to manage the plastics like any other country does. Banning plastic is not solution. Almost everything is made of plastics.

    This is simple. Force the producers to buy back the empty bottle. People will make this a way of living. Let them build depots where bottles can be exchanged for cash. Deal with any company who fails to comply.

    When I proposed this ten years ago to Mayor Adjiri Blankson, it did not get any attention. When he attempted to implement it, there were threats by the producers. So this is the result, filth of enormous proportions.
