I think cases like this types do not need for investigation. The facts are that they are caught doing all this. Straightaway, just announce the date by next week and execute them by hanging in public because these kinds of investigation or in the hands of police or court mean that very soon they will be released and be at post soon again. We have lots of witnesses for that where people have been caught or arrested red-handed in the act or embezzled public funds but are left to move about freely. For me, execution of all criminals (whether foreigners or natives, so long as they are arrested for such crimes on Ghanain territory)on Ghanaian soil is the best solutions

All the revenue generating agencies and institutions in Ghana are full of corrupt staff who milk the state every second, minute, hour, day, week, month and year in loot, create and share enterprise. That is why the state cannot generate enough funds to pay workers and essentials services such as health and social care, education and infrastructure development. At the same time, staff of these agencies and institutions make millions annually from the state through such over-charging and under-charging. Who to blame? The management of the agencies and institutions. If they were effective, there would have been rigorous monitoring systems in place to pick up such corrupt activities earlier than later.

This kind of hard core nepotism cum tribalism is NOT funny to the rest of the tribes in Ghana especially Akans who are undeniably MAJORITY and the most educated and therefore qualified HR.

Go to any police or military district or regional headquarters, and the HEAD or person in charge is an EWE.
Go to any SOE, and one will find the same story. I may sound tribal here, but it's because I'm exposing TRIBALISM which if not checked can be detrimental to Ghana's way forward and security.

Since Rawlings, himself Ewe, usurped power, his party has RULED Ghana the most since decolonization, and the ruling party has taken that advantage to push MOSTLY Ewes to HEAD most of Ghana's state institutions, resulting in Ewes being OVER REPRESENTED in our institutions. This is a TIME BOMB that must be defused with FAIRNESS TRANSPARENCY and COMMONSENSE.

This tribal unfairness MUST be corrected to ensure Ghanaians continue to live in harmony and with good governance and viable state institutions, move forward in development.

Our immigration system is the most primitve in the world. You send your passport for a residence permit and it will be kept for more than one month. Im Germany it takes less than 30 minutes. You collect a three-month visa from the Ghana Embassy and at the Kotoka Airport the 3 months is cancelled and you are given one month. In serious countries, example, Kenya, those from advanced countries don't even need visa to visit. You are given the visa at the airport. No wonder these smart countries harvest billions of dollars from tourism every year whiles our dull politicians always take plates to go and collect coins from the IMF and the World Bank. Even in Turkey former nationals are given ID cards so they enter in and out without the need for a visa. Ghana has blocked all the routes that can give the country cheap billions of dollars and are rather taxing the poor dehydrated citizens. This is what happens when you don't have leaders who are smart.
