An innovate leader will introduce measures which will ameliorate the hardship but nothing of the sort is happening.
There used a time in Ghana when government had to advise second and tertiary institutions to accept payment of fees on instalments to lessen the burden on parents at the time fees have been increased. This is clear manifestation of care of leadership but this particular government do not have innovation.
On what basis will a person be asking the citizenry to retain government in power.
