  Closures are in the right direction and fishermen should understand that it is in their interest and for posterity. They should stop using illegal nets and unorthodox methods of fishing. Fisheries management plans should be enacted however more and more dialogue/interactions between regulators and fishers should happen.

  IF GHANAIN FISHERMEN WERE TO HAVE HAD A TRAINING IN FISHING AND OCEAN SCIENCE SUCH AN ADVISE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN NECESSARY FOR THE FISHERIES SECTOR.
