"Ah," said the doctor, "Sorry that you had to witness that. The poor patient is suffering from a debilitating condition. He produces so much semen that unless he gets rid of it 4 times a day his testicles will explode."
"Oh." she said . "Well I suppose it's understandable."

If we are to talk about health institutions dat some of their staff are unprofessional in their work, try a hospital I know in Sekyere West Municipal-Ash.

Thank you so much oh, I think this must be backed with action.A few being sued. Because of the high number of semi-illiterates and the general hypocrisy among Ghanaians to allow the perpetuation of wrong, we have accommodated the impudence of nurses for far too long in Ghana. I am a nurse but if there is a profession that I abhor for their confidence of ignorance in conducting themselves, it is nurses after politicians and medical Drs. these groups are people, so arrogant and ignorant in most cases that I sometimes find their attitudes towards people they are expected to serve disgusting. anyway, I am a nurse and for my professional group in Ghana, I think it needs to do a more homework on respect for human rights by nurse. I can speculatively say 90% of Ghanaian nurses are unprofessional but I do not blame them Ghanaians allow them.
if the law will not work find your individual way of dealing with unethical nurses.

You will never believe people go to hospital with 100 percent for fear of death but here in America it not
Why ?
The only answer to these few words is respect and enforcement of human rights
Firstly, the way you will be received by the staff and the nurses the dos and don't have been pasted on the walls of the hospital including leaflets which spread out the right to respect the patient and it is backed by the law
Secondly I want to remind my former boss that what he is doing is just window dressing why,?
When these nurse finish the school they neither care ,respect or even don't know anything thing about human rights laws
Who monitor them including the health staff anyway you can call them
Thirdly I want to remind you that it is like adding a fermented corn dough to a new one
Sir it's time to run this course to the field doctors, nurses, paramedics, administrative staff, chally to the security and the laws must be enforced and prosecution and be sue and sued
Further more there are nurses and staff who have made themselves preachers or whatever in our medical facilities pray and preach in the morning at the hospital they need to use or dedicated some of their preach ing time to let the patient know their rights in the facility
Again the nurses and doctors including other staff should stop the bribery which has opened the door of to whom you know and favouritism which has now taken seats in our hospitals
This time that health insurance is in coma the education system should work
I said this because there is saying that do what Romans do when you go there, if a new nurses go to the field and get to know this he or she will follow it but if it's a negative way
I he or she comes to the field and practices it the old staff will let the one knows that we learn but not practice it
Finally due to time which is not on my side I will edge the media to use these as discussion fully to save life
Media men including all Ghanaian know that hospital is our first and the last home of our life
I wish someone like alimi yoa be able to hide camera in the hospital to expose the health care staff to a little fear and love of mankind
Last not the least I wish parliament and law agency including people like kaba, captain smart, and other Media men will take my few observations seriously this will also go well with the incubator you people wants to buy
Dear reader am in America now I always listen to Ghana news when driving or on break l don't know how fast this can be heard and discuss on radio not only on politics but life
