What the government can do is to reduce the international inbound charges to make this practice unactractive. so what will they do with skype, viber and whatapp call? This action is dead on arrival. the NDC government will give up in the comming days. Even Ghanaian mobile operators do the same. A call from ghana came to me but it shows singapores number.

I HAD A CALL FROM OUTSIDE ON MONDAY MORNING, 13 JULY 2015 AND THE CALLER NUMBER WAS GHAANA AIRTEL NUMBER. WHEN I ASKED HIM WHETHER HE HAD RETURNED TO GHANA,HE ANSWERED IN THE NEGATIVE. HOW COME THE NUMBER WAS GHANA NUMBER?

Some call card provider outside of ghan use VOIP routed to local numbers...so if you call from USA it will ping a local number they have within their system to route the call...it is nit fraudulent.

The security agents should track the local numbers which appear when international calls are made and trace the source. These same greedy thieves complain about bad roads and lack of water, etc. Jail them for 50 years as well ...
