A LOT OF THE PROBLEMS AFRICA IS FACING TODAY ARE JUST EFFECTS OF AN UNDERLYING PROBLEM: POWERLESSNESS. AFRICANS ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF AFRICA, IMPERIALISM HAS CREATED CLIENT STATES THAT THEY CAN CONTROL FROM AFAR. WE, THE YOUTH OF AFRICA ARE THE FUTURE, WE ALSO SUFFER THE MOST FROM THIS WICKED ARRANGEMENT, WE ARE ALSO THE MAJORITY IN AFRICA. BUT OUR STRENGTH HAS NOT BEEN SUFFICIENTLY USED. WE ARE NOT POWERLESS AGAINST THE FORCES THAT BE. WE JUST NEED TO COME TOGETHER AND USE OUR NUMBERS TO INFLUENCE POLITICS IN AFRICA!!!! THE AFRICAN YOUTH PARTY (AYP) THEREFORE SEEKS TO BRING THE YOUTH OF AFRICA UNDER ONE UMBRELLA TO SWAY POLITICAL DECISION-MAKING IN AFRICA. THE CORNERSTONE STRENGTH OF THIS INITIATIVE LIES IN THE NEED FOR YOUTH FROM EVERY AFRICAN NATION TO BE SEEN SPEAKING WITH ONE VOICE ABOUT OUR COMMON PROBLEMS. WE ALSO SUPPORT ALL PAN-AFRICAN GROUPS HERE ON FACEBOOK AND BEYOUND, SO THIS EFFORT IS OF SERVICE TO ALL AFRICAN PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO DO SOMETHING FOR AFRICA GLOBALLY. WE THEREFORE WISH TO BE AFFILIATED WITH ALL AFRICAN GROUPS TO PROMOTE MUTUAL INTERESTS THROUGH NETWORKING. IF WE WORK IN UNISON, WE WILL SERVE EACH OTHERS GOALS. PLEASE JOIN THE AFRICAN YOUTH PARTY HERE ON FACEBOOK TO ENABLE US TAKE WHAT IS OURS. SPECIFICS ON HOW THIS WOULD BE DONE WILL BE DISCUSSED IN GREATER DETAIL ONCE WE START THE DIALOGUE.

Unity is our problem now and also its our greediness that is preventing us from uniting. Until we learn to love ourselves and our products we'll never unite. Long live Africa long live Ghana. The vaccines must be tried on the minister Segbefia fool.

  Dr Dodoo must get things straight before telling people to shut-up. How Dr.Dodoo and his compatriots expected to trail Ebola vaccine on Ebola free human in attaining perfect result. Ghanaians are not pharmaceutical expects but simple equation tells, to trial a pain killer medication on a pain free patient equals zero. therefore, mahama and his colleagues must be extremely wary not to adamantly mandate and/or use follow citizens who put them in power as guinea pigs. Any president loyal to his/her country more than money will be cautious for such exercise even though besides the world out cry for Ebola vaccine.
  mahama must be truthful! as general overseer of mother Ghana.

  What beats my imagination is how a trial vaccine is conducted in an area that has never had ebola, why not Liberia, Guinea etc? Would the effectiveness not be more evident in such places rather than Ghana? Also, Voltarians are just sitting there aloof while this trial is expected to take place in their communities. Alex Segbefia and all those who opted for the trial must be made to take the vaccine first!!

  Prof. Dodoo in my opinion was 100% right. The MP's are ignorant on the issue. The truth must be said, and parliament must withdraw the charges against him. THEY ARE IGNORANT ON THE ISSUE.
