  Just learn from what others say. He never meant that it was OK to be called "a monkey" but understand why the referee showed him the red. Frimpong, earning money from that part of the world fully knew this before he went. Players of colour have always suffered this racial slur from especially eastern Europeans. Ask old reknowned PL players like John Barnes, Emile Herskey and Dwight York about their experiences in Eastern Europe.
  It is the duty of FIFA to give the apporpriate punishment after the investigation. But instead of you learning you resort insults. But what can I say to people of little knowledge?

  Racist chants in sports is very disdainful and repugnant and should neither be encouraged nor tolerated anywhere in the football world. If the Russians don't know this then they have no place in the world of sports and don't deserve the privilege and honor to host the World Cup in 2018. And If there existed any shred of truth about the allegation of bribery that were making the rounds in the grapevine newsrooms this is the proof. FIFA officials have always known about the racist chants in Russian Football Federation and there's no way they could have won the hosting privilege without greasing the palms of the FIFA officials. I hope FIFA teaches the Russian Football Federation a lesson they will never forget.
