u said u were going to do this like two years ago. The problem is not giving personal awards but rather paying the players their money. U have disgraced us enough
Let us hold a referendum on who to lead us forward and I bet Afede will be at the bottom. I swear , one by one they are going to leave in humiliation.
Pay the players first and let the fans vote for who's the best player of the month. Players toil their ass off during games so it will hard for them to decide.
This could be counter productive and make players work against each other on order to win that award. You only institute such a thing where trust and team first is part of culture.
