Kwobla(Toronto), who has little or no knowledge about the LAW, will jump up to implecate the main opposition party, when it comes to interpreting the law.
Is the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) one of the wings of the NPP to be able to manipulate it?
If Kwobla indeed lives in Toronto, he will realise that cases adjudicated upon by the lower courts, are mostly heard at the Supreme Court.
Some people don't study very well the systems that operate in the countries they live and apply it to the system in their country Ghana.
People with INWARD LOOKING attitude will always attack wrongly without looking at both sides of the coin.
Kwobla, the BUFFOON, should know that the Supreme Court Justices in Ghana, except so called JUSTICE ATUGUBA, will not take sides but would interprete law the way it is.
The NPP has no interest in the affairs of GBA to encourage it to pursue the case against the CLUELESS AND INCOMPETENT MAHAMA.
Mahama is now overwhelmed with the problems of Ghana and this IDIOT, Kwobla, does not see it the way Ghanaians, bearing the blunt of it, see it.

You made my day. Ever since this stupid lawsuit was announced I decided I would no longer be part of this stupid Association. Nene Amegatcher thinks he can wake up and do what pleases him in the name of the Association. What happened to Nii Ossah Mills after he visited a colleague lawyer at Nsawam prison. The next conference in Kumasi must pass a vote of no confidence in this stupid Nene Amegatcher led Association.

It is better any legal issues associated with their appointment is sorted out and brought to a close today. If it is not done now and someone decides to raise them in 10 years time, all the cases on which they have sat may have to be annullled. I dont see the point in lawyer Yakah bragging about how good the judges are. Has anyone said the judges are incompetent?

Former President Kufour used the tax payers money to sponsor them. The leadership of the Ghana Bar Association are all NPP members. You could see most of the at the Supreme Court during the NPP court case. They have opened themselves up for rogues like Kufour to use them, The have destroyed the integrity of the GBA for ever. When even they open their mouths to speak, even if what they say make sense, we shall always assume that they have been sent by the NPP.

Of all the issues raised by Lawyer Yakah, the most important is whether the Executive ought to have secured the mandate of its members before going to the Supreme Court. The GBA is simply playing politics because they want the opportunity to influence the appointment of senior Judges in Ghana through the Judicial Council. That will not work and I do not believe that an unelected Judicial Council must select and decide who an elected Executive President should appoint into senior judicial positions such as the Supreme Court Justices. If they want to make such national decisions, they should contest for the presidency. My view is that it's the Executive President who should have the final say as is done in most countries, including the US and the UK.

Politics is again chopping and getting a rout to the human rights. If you are an NPP, Ken Attufur, will quickly run to your defense but if you are an NDC, then we can had know human rights exist in the country. Where is the equality of the human rights. Ghanaians are watching.
