We are in an computerized economy where even 6yr old ppl kno all sexual issues and it effects. these matured but legaly minor girls even compete for boyfriends. this is not a hidden issue in ghana today, most of our JHs boys an girls are in relationship in one way or the other. THOUGH NOT SUPPORTN THIS IDEA OF HAVING SEX WITH SUCH GIRLS, but i think the punishment is too hard. this minance can stop with mass educatn on both TV n RADIO.
