IT MUST BE NOTED THAT SOME LICENSED INDIVIDUALS AND REGISTERED COMPANIES ARE LICENSED TO DEAL IN THESE ITEMS LEGALLY. THE POLICE MAY HAVE TO INVESTIGATE WHETHER THERE ARE DOCUMENTS COVERING THIS TRANSACTION OR NOT.
