Did they not claim that Mills was found in a pool of blood after over 30 mins , now they say he had intracranial bleeding yet even a toddler knows there is no external bleeding in internal bleeding . There seems to be justifiable concern and anger over our new high ranking among the world's filthiest nations but the remedial solution you're suggesting to eliminate the filth and squalor is of the knee jerk order and grossly inadequate.
When seeking solutions to a problem of such magnitude you need to find out first how and why the problem started and continue to persist. I visited Lagos in 1979 and found to my dismay and chagrin that it was probably the dirtiest big city I had ever seen. Not only that but I soon found out that over-population can easily lead to over-crowding and filth accumulation.
Our communities produce more filth than we have the capacity to dispose of and soon we become entrapped and overwhelmed with the ever increasing amount of filth. You see human activity everywhere naturally produces filth but what creates the clean streets,homes,offices,etc are the equipments,the human workforce and the 're-cycle technology. Besides, the local administrations must make sure litter bins are spread all over every nook and cranny and clean toilet facilities are made easily accessible both in the homes and in public places. It's not as simple as you think. Although good hygiene starts from the home and taught and encouraged in the schools it's a reflection on where we are in our socio-economic development. Filth in the homes and in the communities is a visible sign of under-development. It's the identifying mark of 3rd World status. I'm not even sure the average Ghanaian has access to something as simple as toilet paper. When toilet paper usage and hand washing get to be associated with the rich and affluent in society then a disaster is in the making. And when public places like markets, schools have no toilet facilities where do you expect the people to attend to nature's call? Do, they must, so they hide in a corner, do it in a plastic shopping bag and dispose of it as quickly and discreetly as they can. There's more to the sanitation problems than we profess to know. We have a long way to go, buddy. Mr Japanese Knotweed, if you want to teach your compatriots a lesson in environmental hygiene and cleanliness then first invest in a very clean environment and maintain it through compliance or punishment and fines.

1.) Will have every working adult in GH making a minimum of $20,000 a year income by 2020...no problem. Such is too easy. I'm embarrassed even at just $20,000.

2.) Will make Western Union, PayPal and Money gram open up the process to GH locals. Where one doesn't just receive monies from abroad but can also send monies. That way African locals in various countries within the African continent can do business with each other. The first step to creating an African continent-wide common currency.

3.) I will open at least one major school in each of Ghana's regions that teaches youths from age of 12 to 18 a FINANCIAL EDUCATION instead of an academic education. So the youth will learn how to create generational-wealth within their bloodlines.

4.) Ghana will be cleaned up! I will create a sanitation department where its lowest waged workers will earn a minimum of $10 per hour and have paid vacation time off every year.

5.) Tribalism, bribery, corruption all will get one a case in GH courts. If found guilty (lower-level crimes) will get a person 30 days in jail first offense. 90 days in jail for second offense. One year in jail for 3rd offense. Thereafter, one could be facing life in prison, meaning 20 years minimum.
For major-level crimes, third offense could be life in prison, no parole or even firing squad after 1 year in prison.

6.) Traditional African Family will be the norm. Any woman, over age 35 with no husband will be fined yearly. Costs increasing yearly too until marriage. So polygamy will be the order of the day. We will not have a flood of lesbians across the country. Oh too, female prostitutes will have to have a weekly medical card for a fee. WEEKLY medical checkups required. A different, new doctor every month so the doctors do not become corrupted by the prostitute via bribes. Oh, male prostitutes, especially those doing male tourists, will face far worst punishment.
We will not allow adult bookstores in Ghana and no porn-sites based in Ghana either. Severe offenses. Pedophiles will hate to hear the word, GHANA. Men beating their wives or girl-friends will not like me as Mr. President. The FEMALE is sacred in my eyes. Respect is the order of the day. If you can’t get along with her, breakup, it was a mistake. Man up. As Ancestor, Queen Nana Yaa Asantewaa, is one of my favorite ladies. No cutlass, no acid attack, etc. will be tolerated. What you do to her, will be done to you…at minimum.

7.) Ghana, like Benin, will create a National holiday honoring Ancestral Worship or Vodou. Which is NOT a religion. It is the science of Nature. God's real laws.

8.) Every Ghana head of the family/extended family concept must own a car and truck by 2020, to mead out to family members in employment efforts for the extended family. I will create blue-prints on ow to earn the monies quickly to purchase such vehicles.

9.) Ghana will have 24/7 operating AFRICAN THINK TANKS operation in every region of Ghana by 2020.One per region and they will not be financed by non-Blacks (Chinese, British for examples).

10.) Ghana will create a blueprint where Ghanaians living in the US, will open storefronts in major black US communities, for example. Teaching African languages, traditional clothes making, African foods prep, traditional children's songs, cultural work books for all black children, parenting classes, marriage responsibility classes, import-export classes for adults, classes by Ghana-based traditional priests and priestesses to teach blacks long lost spiritual from the African-based families for hundreds of years how to re-connect directly with their bloodline families, clans and ethnic groups, such traditional priests and priestesses will locate inside places like the US...those high-level Ancestors now re-born as Black Americans, Black Jamaicans, Black Brazilians, Black Haitians, Black Surinamese, Black Belizeans, etc. As I am one such Ancestor, born as an African American in this present life. I am Ghanaian...knowing such since 1975, my direct Ghana family, my clan, my ethnic group and my personal angel/deity.

11.) I will teach a committee of local Ghanaians, whom will then go teach GH-Americans how to arrive at a $10,000 per week income in the US, in less than a year, without needing a formal job (W-2 employees). Once we have 50,000 GH-Americans and awake African Americans gathered with over $520,000 a year income. We will bring them as a group back to Ghana to uplift our Mother...without infighting, tribalism and miseducation.
Examples: new modern hospitals in every region of Ghana by 2030. New ambulances in every region of Ghana, low-cost health clubs in every region of Ghana, new machinery to explode the development of farming in Ghana and elsewhere inside of Africa through Ghana. New, updated trades schools in every region of Ghana, where electricians, masons, HVAC techs, plumbers, electronics techs, etc. can horn their skills on top levels and be paid a serious wage weekly. With better tradesmen and trades-women in the country, good roadways will be the order of the day. Also, no more building of houses and commercial properties in areas that below-sea level. All to avoid the yearly impact of flooding.
Working, modern toilets will be the rule in every newly built house in Ghana. All shopping bags in retail places will be paper or clothe not plastic. Sanitary public washrooms will be built across the country and Northern Ghana will not be left last or ignored. Any man caught molesting human beings at such toilet locations will be severely dealt with.

12.) I will have committees in place to rehab all tradition shrines across various Ghana regions...according to the requests of the people in charge of them. Holidays will be created nationally for such beyond the foreign holidays now celebrated inside of Ghana, like in Europe and the Americas.

These are just some of the plans I would implement as your first "Akata", lol, president! While whites in the US are saying, “Obama is not a real American” (Trump, for example). You will know, out of the starting gate, who I am. A true Ghanaian spiritually, born in this present life away from his Homeland, whom has returned. Proof that enslaving one or one’s ancestors physically and mentally can NEVER detach or defeat one spiritually. One is always attached to one’s family bloodline. Many today just don’t realize it. It is spiritual not via DNA-tracing.

As for that national sanitation day,it is a sham and waste of resources,it cannot work the way it is set up asking people to clean every first Saturday which is one of the most busy days for the people,it,is a senseless idea.

I stayed in Ghana in the last 3 months but never seen anything like that,only heard about it in the news of the officials in a part of a regional capital claiming to be cleaning with the presence of the media for photo opportunity,
People still go about their normal activities,sanitation day is a sham,even if it becomes a law in the presence form it will not work,this is no politics,it is about Ghana.

Of cause Ghanaians are filthy people,
filthy in their language, filthy in learning & behavior. And reap exactly what we sow. Because of political differences people 'refuse' to the right things so that they can turn back to blame government. All our thoughts are wrong and all our systems are also bad unfortunately not for anybody but Ghanaians themselves. So are we wise people or not?
