Ghanaian Politicians keep talking about the so called "BRAIN DRAIN", what do you guys think these young doctors will be thinking when the Gov't puts them through these hardships. As a matter of fact I have a cousin/friend in that group and we will do everything to get him out to where he/she will be appreciated for his/her services and be paid the big bucks for it.

Check the budget cycle. These doctors were not budgeted for in November last year. Yet the teaching hospitals engaged them.
If you tell the doctors to wait till there is clearance they will still complain.

They have not seen anything yet. Very soon doctors will join the army of the unemployed. They will have to start being innovative otherwise....

No doubt you call yourself back door director. Are saying that the Government was not aware when these Doctors were going to graduate so as to make provision for them in the budget?

There cannot be any excuse for the non-payment of the Doctors' 11 months salary save to say the Government is broke and instead of telling the truth is resorting to some vodoo technicalities.

I cannot belief my eyes if a sensible person had ruled all sensible people, where everyone would have been dictating to the when to borrow and when to repay loans. Or a state where all would have been foolish and ruled by a fool. A state of equals, ruled by equally an equal person. Then there would be no SALA, the GIDA, the WAYOMIS, the massive financial malpractices among GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. Now, our song ' Mahama and the NDC GOOD, ALL THE POOR AND SUFFERING PEOPLE OF GHANA BAD'. COrruption here, corruption there. All our hands and legs put together to scramble for Ghana's money.
