What was this foolish thief' s contributions towards education in this country, apart from looting state coffers and paying judgement debts to British family on his last day in office? If we can all take the bull by the horn in this country by stopping this gimmick, criminals like Kufour would not even deserve toilet roll in this country. How many universities has he set up during his criminal eight years misrule? Kufour is a criminal and a nation looter and does not deserve to be honoured by such an important institution. If I were him, I will not take such an honour. A dirty black thief.

Kufour can earn a doctorate degree if he want; he is an Oxford educated brat and an honorary degree from a low caliber U. is beneath even his zeal for all things medallion around his neck. Your standard of measure and evaluation skills leaves room for much more improvement. A good administrator with any sense of honor, duty and love for business entity and or a nation in this case, would have put in place executive orders or better yet constitutional changes that spells out best practices and procedures for all government institutions including parliament, the judiciary and office of the president; Kufour chose to engage in thievery and free giveaways that are the legacy of his administration. Calling the Kufour era the best in Ghana is not saying or expecting much in life but a filthy nation with rationed electricity service. Enjoy the dumsor for you've earned it.
