  Good insight! I believe Michael Essien has done his best for football; the youngsters should emulate him for success. However, I believe that having gone through lots of injuries in his latter football carrier, he should begin planning for his honourable exit. That's the best way to go about things in pro-football.   essien didn,t play in the champions league final in munich 2012 neither was he in a bench.chelsea won the champions league but essien was not part of the winning team .
