This man is too boastful and utopianic in his ways, Kotoko will do better without him. His current entrance is just to come near the GFA executive, opportunistic babbler.

Changing managers may offer some short term gains but things will revert back to this state because the problem doesn't dwell with management.Compared to all the other clubs Kotoko's management is not doing anything less or wrong.I will dare say Zico has been very adaptive, adoptive, innovative and extremely flexible.Whenever necessary, he has boldly made adaptations(even if late)as in the old practices of refusing to accept reality or responsibility to failure and stubborn to changes. The problem sits with poor performing players. Some of these players are newcomers who just a few months ago in last season were displaying blistering form. This has become a very difficult issue for Kotoko and no change in management is going to resolve that. Some of these players play their hearts out in their previous clubs to attract Kotoko's attention and a generous contract then slack off to enjoy it during their tenure at Kotoko. What can bring immediate and long term improvement is to hold players individually and collectively responsible for their performance.Their salaries and bonuses must be tied directly to their performance collectively and individually.

Everything rises and falls on leadership. When a company needs to change direction, or restructure, they may change workers, but the main change is the CEO, bcos his job is the 'WHY', in other words the thinking for the company, why do they do what they do. The management's job is the 'HOW' and the workers job is the 'WHAT'. Without good leadership forget it.

What do mean by we shall welcome him? you and who? I want somebody to tell me what that guy has done as far as Ghana football is concern. Nothing, cos 90. After he used us to make his millions he thought he could make more money in game that was why he went to Alhaji Grusah. From there to Tamale and later flirted with Hearts. Tell me the results from those relationships. Kotoko does not need him today, tomorrow ,or ever. I would plead with Nana to never ever look at Herbert Mensah as possible CEO. Let us be patient with Opoku Nti b'cos a dead Opoku Nti has done and will do better for Kotoko than a walking Herbert Mensah.
