  There must be regular inspection of these facilities, and those not complying with the law must be closed down immediately.
  
  We cannot afford another disaster.

WHERE WERE THE EPA AND THE GHANA NATIONAL FIRE SERVICE . WHAT WAS THE MINISTER DOING . PRESIDENT OBAMA SAID FOR AFRICA TO DEVELOPED IT NEEDS STRONG INSTITUTIONS. YES IT IS TRUE.
