IT IS UNBELIVABLE FOR A RECOGNISED POLITICAL PARTY TO FILE A SUIT AND TO BE DENIED REASONS FOR THROWING OUT THE SUIT WITHIN A SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME.

i AM PERSONALLY SHOCKED THAT THE SIGNATURE TO THE REASONS HAS NOT BEEN OBTAINED SINCE LAST WEDNESDAY..

IS IT ONE OF THOSE DECISIONS THAT TOOK ONLY FIVE MINUTES TO DISMISS? IT IS SHEER NONSENSE TO WAIT IN VAIN FOR A SIGNATURE.

IN ALL CIVILIZED COUNTRIES, INCLUDING DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, SUCH SILLY EXCUSES ARE NEVER GIVEN TO THE PLAINTIFF OR DEFENDANT.

THE CHIEF JUSTICE, MRS WOOD, MUST SIT UP AND ENSURE THAT SUCH FLIMSY AND STUPID EXCUSES CEASE FORTHWITH.
