Like Austin Garmeh said, they should get the services of professional negotiators. Just being a doctor does not make you a good negotiator. hen we also strike we will see whether they can even stay in the office and work.

  will cuban doctors work for free? Ghanaians are only better at receiving freebies and nothing else. Pay your doctors they deserve better.

  It is not about they are not being paid,read or get somebody to read and interprete for you if you can't understand what is going on.

  It seems because of politics you guys don't think about the people but this few doctors who are demanding what all the workers in the country combined don't get.
  
  You want government to be giving free fuel to these doctors while you take a trotro,right?
  
  This case should be treated like emergency,a referral of that nature should be treated as emergency.
  
  What kind of a system do we have in Ghana that when somebody comes to a hospital nurses cannot be treating that individual before a doctor can coming in,the nurses cannot do anything up until a doctor is available?
