  Just implement the one-time premium that NDC promised and everything will be fine with the scheme. Saying anything to fool the people may win you power but that will not help you in ruling.

Nothing they say can be trusted. Someone must be prosecuted including the donkey president

  This is the first time I'm hearing this. If the WHO have been rightly quoted, then this is a very serious matter indeed & calls into question the moral integrity of Mahama himself.

  The NHIS is a national asset vital to healthcare delivery in our country.

  This matter proves how useless our educated Phd's etc are. These people are not intelligent - they've just passed exams. How can you identify problems but can't find solutions?
