  Another regurgitation from another IT Vendor like IBM on Big data... Not surprising..Lots of what we call big data are just transaction dumps most of the time not fit for purpose and very immature use can make it useless garbage collection exercise. Its like collecting garbage dump and trying to fine gold coins in them.Its practically impossible and waste of time.What we should be developing is applied science, maths and statistics to answers the question..will this garbage dump worth prospecting or mining for gold coin i.e. will the inherent quality of the dump give me a measurable and predictable amount of gold coins. This should be our thinking applying statistical modelling to real time objects of occurrences. (i.e. artificially intelligence). This type of thinking is what we should be teaching our children as part of early learning programs at primary schools leading to colleges and the universities.
