  GHANA'S LEADERS ARE SO FIXATED ON "QUICK-FIX" LOANS THAT THEY OFTEN FORGET ABOUT BASIC COMMONSENSE ECONOMICS PRINCIPLES.
  
  GHANA CURRENTLY DOES NOT HAVE A ROBUST MACRO- AND MICRO-ECONOMIC BASE FOR TAKING SUCH VISIONLESS "QUANTITATIVE EASING" MEASURES.
  
  OUR "LEADERS", PARTICULARLY "DR" WAMPAH, CONTINUE TO PLAY "CHACHA" WITH GHANA'S US$20 MILLION DOLLARS AND EXPECTING POSITIVE RESULTS.
  
  IT DOES'T WORK LIKE THAT.
  
  GHANA'S LEADERS HAVE TO LAY THE RIGHT FOUNDATIONS TO MAKE SUCH FISCAL POLICIES WORKABLE.
  
  ALL OF NKRUMAH'S STRATEGIC BUSINESS UNITS SET UP TO CREATE JOBS AND KEEP THE GHANA ECONOMY DYNAMIC HAVE BEEN FRAUDULENTLY "DIVESTED" OR SOLD OFF BY SUCCESSIVE GHANA GOVERNMENTS, AND THE PROCEEDS DIVERTED INTO THEIR FOREIGN BANK ACCOUNTS.
  
  RIGHT NOW, GHANA DOES NOT HAVE A ROBUST MANUFATURING AND MACRO-ECONOMIC BASE FOR SUSTAINING A RESPECTABLE CEDI EXCHANGE RATE AGAINST THE US DOLLAR, JUDGING FROM THE MASSIVE IMPORTS OF BASIC ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES AND HOW OUR "LEADERS" ARE SO OBSESSED WITH LOANS OF EVERY DESCRIPTION FROM EVERY TOM, DICK AND HARRY.

How many developed countries even use single spine? Because of political reason & also to win the 2012 elections, he swiftly introduced without proper & critical look.

  PLS NPP, by itself Single spine payment system is a wonderful system make negotiations about salaries and conditions very simple for the Employer, in this case the government.
  The problem was that NPP was so eager to transport all government workers on the single spine system that they accepted almost all conditions of the unions and increased salaries of the lowest paid sometimes up to 100% !
  So NDC had no choose emigrating the rest of the government workers based upon what was done for the first group (police service) that is the true reason that all chaos started !
