Intimidation of students, corruption etc. was not to be found in Akadu's time only the welfare of the students were the objective of the administration. The old students must honour A.K. ADU with something big and deserving.

the corrupted laws and rules governing GES without interrupting the kids education.I think the group need to be brought to Accra to help clean up the over bloated corrupted schools here.There is hardly a period going by that schools here doesn't use as a means to extort money from parents.As you read this today my daughter brought me a letter yesterday from her school demanding a sizable amount for another school bus.Our combined salaries as public servant is not enough to pay this new demand from my daughter's school.When I contacted the GES in the past about similar demands I was given the usual run around until someone finally told me to go and take care of my responsibilities as education is not for free.Is this the Ghana we want to live in? Where corruption,extortion and plain robbery extends even into the very pipelines of education which is suppose to supply our future leaders, scientists, Farmers, teachers and other professionals?
