    BECAUSE OF THE COST INVOLVE YOU THINK WE SHOULD ALLOW GHOST NAMES, FOREIGNERS, DOUBLE REGISTRANTS AND MINORS TO SCRUPULOUSLY TAKE THE VERDICT FROM GHANAIANS. IN OTHER WORDS TO SELL THE COUNTRY TO FOREIGNERS AND CRIMINALS.

    We must fix it until we get it right. Rome was not built in a day. If it's broken you fix it. It doesn't matter how many times it has already been fixed. If it cannot be fixed then it has to be discarded and replaced. Simple.
