  This shows that his 40 years development plan is a scam and a gimmick to convince the unsuspected Ghanaians to give him their vote to steal more of Ghana money.This abandon shows he is not serious about the 40 years development plan which anyway do not make sense if he claim to have initiate massive development across the country which successive sice independence could not much.Simple president Mahama is a thief and unpatriotic.
