    Sir can u tell me the difference between the staff at CHAG and that of GHS. WHY IS GHS FRUSTRATING ITS STAFF? EVERY 2YRS CHAG STAFF ARE BEING PROMOTED; I HAVE WORKED FOR 3YRS BUT NO PROMOTION AT THE DISTRICT LEVEL.
