  If he is mad,then the law clearly makes his treatment unlawful. If he's not mad,the charge he was given only has a five year maximum sentence.
  The judge does not make the law, his personal opinion is irrelevant, he has to follow the law as a professional and not let personal feelings influence his decision. Obviously he thinks like you but the others do have professional pride

  Honestly the young men is mentally sick. Personally when a friend of mine was deported from Germany about five years ago he has never been like the same guy we use to know. I have seen people suffering from mental disorders due to deportation. Please give this man medical care or helps. My request to the NDC.

  That guy is mad they should release him so that they can send him to psychiatric hospital for treatment.The doctors concluded after he was checked that he was sicked.Why keeping him?let his family take him to the hospital.

  For God sake everyone is capable of acting insane to their benefit in such high profile cases. I will do the same especially in Ghana where the media so stupidly takes over cases that are been investigated which puts the whole investigation into jeopardy . If such good lawyer or even a silly deluded legal team this person could win an Oscar for acting insane with actions of mental language. Let's be very careful with how this case ends as many will use the loop hole created to achieve their mission to execute innocent targets.
