  Yes, Ghanaians for example, must stop owning two mobile telephones. Ask Mad. Akua Donkor. She saw "DUMSOR" in Italy recently where the people own heating appliances, mobile telephones etc. There are also street lights everywhere. The high rise buildings all have lifts. Factories do not complain of power cuts.
