  Pepeni's common sense has not played an important role since so neither his senses can be of any factor here with any expectations. Having the behaviour of talking too much, you bound the risk to slip of tongue. But that is not the case, the fact that pepeni acts before thinking, together with his cognate communication advisor, there is no way the NDC thinking heads won't deviate. Now innocents are dying because pepeni common thinking doesn't balance. The persistent expectations from Ghanaians that the future will be brighter with Mahama should contemplate on if he can simply negotiate to let those innocents die. Those holding unto this foolish and lawless Mahama must bear in mind, he can only provide shoes and menstruation pads; he is good for nothing just as a common Zongo King.

  Are the professional docors in some ways not equally trained? Why would a patient be transferred from Tema hospital to Korle Bu hospital if it isn't a situation that possibly needs sophisticated medical equipment. Doctors, are just employees. The good doctors amongst those on strike defying rules in order to help, I think should partition themselves well to occupy all these big hospital in order to take advantage of their sophisticated medical equipment to fasten up treatment processes for the sick. After all, I don't think the government will refrain any medical doctor on governments payroll from moving to hospitals to help especially during this strike season for GMA.

  Ever increasing health care cost is a major challenge to governments all over the world - both rich and poor.
  
  The demands of the doctors are feasible and justifiable in certain richer economies. They are probably being imported imposed on poorer Ghana by returning migrant workers.
  
  Unfortunately Ghana cannot presently afford those demands at least not until the oil begins to flow fully.
  
  So what can we do to take care of our sick for the time being?
  
  Well, here is my suggestion hoping someone will hear me.
  
  1. The government should purchase ONLY the quantity of medical service it can afford to pay for.
  2. Doctors can choose to deploy the balance of their service hours in private practice.
  3. Government will manage an equitable distribution of the medical service hours it has purchased across regions and districts and ensure that patients are Ghanains.
  4. Government will streamline the division of labour between medical personnel employed by the government. For example retired or active nurses can take care of wound-dressing and health counselling to free-up doctors' time for more professional diagnosis and prescription work.
  5. Government will have a performance bonus system for the benefit of harder working doctors.
  6. Government will adopt a wider view of health care to include hygiene education poverty and hunger alleviation, employment availability and environmental pollution control.
  
  We already see richer members of our society travelling abroad to seek medi-care. Ironically some of these travelling sick have been or are in position to improve medi-care in their home country - Ghana but did little or nothing.
  
  Well they can turn blind eyes to dirty/congested wards, empty pharmacies for ever but they cannot ignore medical workers compensation demands for ever.
  
  So, dear politicians, now is the time to show value for your earnings. It is also an opportunity for you to leave your mark on the history of Ghana - change the medi-care landscape. You have some few pieces of free advice from me but the challenge is yours.

To satisfy any other OT, let us introduce an Electronic Clocking system in tandem with any other relevant HR systems to check performance vis-à-vis efficiency and corresponding remuneration.
  2. Negotiations against 2016 need not attract a strike action 6 solid months prior to the implementation date of elements of negotiated terns. In fact, it is even known that major agreements have even lasted more than a year and still an agreement is eventually reached. Let us stop portraying ourselves as intellectuals whilst displaying gross lack of critical thinking skills.
  3 Almost all allowances being asked for are expected to be taken into account when developing the SSS pay structure. Is it not true?

Where do they go for help when they are sick, is it not S. Africa, US and UK? So they know that better treatment of doctors, nurses, teachers and police lead to better services.
