  21 century airport is needed to replace KIA. Look at the airports in the following countries Nigeria and South Africa. Rain or shine passengers get in and out of planes without any problem.

  The CEO should put his money where his mouth is. KIA has become derelict, obsolete, and an eyesore. If you go to Bole Airport in Addis Ababa (it cost 700 million dollars from the Kuwaiti Fund), Oliver Tambo in Joburg, Heathrow in London, and Murtala Muhammed in Lagos, you get to know that we are far behind in Ghana.

  Problem of airports is an African problem.The only airports worth it's sort are the North African countries,Senegal,Ethiopia,Kenya,SA and Nigeria.Ghana's problem is that we have allowed private development to encroach around the airport ,so how do you expand in future.Lack of long term planning in every thing in Ghana. In Gaborene,Dar es Salaam they have large tracts of land around the airport for future expansion when needed. Ghana may be behind but AFrivca as a whole is the problem. Land management for critical infrastructure is missing so where do you build a new international airport,olympic stadium and other major networks? Planning and management is missing in Ghana.

  This is a stupid investment for Ghanaians. Look what you have done to African world airlines,giving them nothing in the whole deal. Which AFRICA countries do they go now apart from Lagos where they can bring passengers to Accra before South Africa airways proceed with them. This must be a shame and not make news about it.

  You are a disgrace to Ghana mr ceo. When people are celebrating their own,you are proud celebrating others at the expense of the Ghanaian tax payer. The per diem you took over there with your crew was the tax payers money and bring South African airways to fly to WA because no Ghanaian registered airline will go there again,so if you don't bring South Africa airways it will be waste of money. I just read they are losing a lot on their domestic flight so bring them to fly us to WA from ACCRA and that will be an achievement.
