  Local fisherman cannot do anything if there is no will from government to do anything. Why are those in the ministries sitting on their arses collecting money instead of doing something.

  U have the sea, fish. The next logical thing is to set up caned fish factories, cold stores, fish mongering bases, dried fish houses to convert the fish from the sea. To finished goods for local and foreign consumption. This will create jobs, ppl will pay taxes, areas will be developed, loans will be repaid. Instead,.the govt needs so called pioto leaders sit there aimlessly. Nkwasiafuo! Have no brains, no ideas to facilitate development and get they expect to be respected?
