Just tell them there are people living in those areas too who also need doctors help.
If you keep entertaining that a time will come you will not have people going to certain areas of the country.
That said,what do you expect,if you site everything in Accra why everybody will not like to live in Accra?

This National Service nonsense must stop. First of all what do they do when posted. Secondly what benefit can the state derive from them when there thousands of unemployed graduates. The scheme was made under a situation when the nation needed the human resources to augment the public system. Now who in their right thinking will say that need is still there. Either the government makes it voluntary or scrap it all together. It is neither fair to the state nor the personnel and their families. It is repressive which must be abolished. Why should I put my child through school and you come to tell me render a compulsory service to the state because that person has committed the crime of going to school. This a state sponsored trokosi and must be stopped. I wish I can find that brilliant lawyer who can take on the Supreme Court, but there is non. They are all foolishly looking for easy money and political fame.
