  Was there any proof( document) to show the deceased persons actually owed the defendant. Even in a gentleman's agreement, there has to be a witness. Were there any witnesses. We all seem to act as illiterates from head to bot ...

We all seem to act as illiterates from head to bottom. Our legal system seems to be a dormant factor in our society and daily lives.
