  Most of this deaf and damp can read and write and there no need for institutions to put someone in their respective offices to explain anything,by the way even those without disability and ve graduated re not employed so wher ...

  Most of this deaf and damp can read and write and there no need for institutions to put someone in their respective offices to explain anything,by the way even those without disability and ve graduated re not employed so where's this coming from?if the former president has nothing to say he should just sleep or play with his grandchildren,doctor re agitating for salaries and re currently on strike and he's talking about death people,even those who can speak re being cheated let alone deaf and damp,how ll they communicate should Mahama steal their money?we always jump to introduce new rights when old rights re being violated.
