Do Ghana's elders and "leaders" have the "can do" spirit for the young to emulate?

The emphatic answer to this question is a resounding NO!

The evidence is there all across Ghana for all to see.

Ghanaian old generation have let down the young generation BIG TIME, and this can be seen all across Ghana.

Ghana's elders, except Dr Nkrumah of course, are the most irresponsible, unscrupulous, lazy and corrupt humans across planet earth.

The government should appoint specially trained Corruption Prevention Officer for every government Department.His role will be to ensure that all forms of corruption in the Department are reported to his office by whistleblowers whose names are kept confidential and rewarded where appropriate.The UK Ministry of Justice is applying this anti-corruption regime in its Deparments and so far it has proved very,very effective.THERS IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CORRUPTION and those caught involved in corrupt practices are instantly dismissed and handed over to the police for further investigations and prosecution.On the average the public service in the UK loses about 27 billion pounds every year through corruption hence the uncompromising determination of the government to fight it.

A noble idea but it won't make a difference if those in govt & judiciary are corrupt. You can't stop corruption 100% - it's about tackling impunity. Right now, impunity is the fastest growing "sector"

They will end up corrupted themselves. Just another gimmick to 'eat' (as a Nigerian would say) some of the money too. After all everybody is eating some, why not CHRAJ?

Let us stop being cynical.Are we saying the government should not put measures in place to fight corruption?At least in CHIRAJ an attempt is being made to fight corruption in Ghana.
